The large living area features new plank flooring with comfortable sofa seating and large screen smart TV. Cable services and high speed internet included.

There is a private patio area to sit and relax using the table and chairs, and overlook the open lawn area with mature trees perfect for the kids to play.

The kitchen has everything needed to cater for your family including new stainless steel appliances. Grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar, or share a meal together at the dining table.

The master bedroom is located upstairs boasting a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee!
There are two bunk bedrooms, each with a single above full, plus a wooden crib. These bedrooms share a bathroom.
Downstairs there is a further bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.
There is a further half bath for convenience.

Washer and dryer available for guest use.

The Regal Palms Resort is a spectacular gated community boasting a family-friendly water park with its own lazy river and water slides, a sand volleyball court, games arcade, plus a high class fitness center. Need to relax? The hot tub is just the place to unwind after a day at the parks! Or why not sit with a cool drink and watch the sun go down at the Tiki Bar? If you're feeling hungry, there is also an on-site restaurant, or you can BBQ at one of the areas located throughout the community. A $20 + tax daily fee is payable to the resort on check-in at the clubhouse and provides all-access to the facilities, which if requested we can pay on your behalf for an easy arrival.
