Since 2004, Fairways Florida Villas has been hand picking vacation homes to manage with the purpose of
ensuring high standards of homes for your vacation! We look for those homes which make you say “my
vacation starts here!” the second you walk through the door. With pre-arrival inspections, welcome
packs to refresh you when you arrive and concierge and emergency services when you need us, we know
you’ll have the best vacation Florida has to offer in a Fairways Florida Vacation Home!

OFFERING BEST EXPERIENCE
At Fairways we understand it’s the little things which make you notice us. That’s why we go out
of our way to make sure you have the best experience with us, from the second you walk through
the door! All of our villas are carefully inspected prior to your arrival and a Welcome Pack
placed to refresh you after your long journey. We’ve cut out the extra bit of having to find
our office before you reach your destination too! Just head directly to your vacation home
and start to relax immediately! And, if you need something, just call us! We’ll do our best
to make sure you have everything you need quickly!
LUXURY ROOMS
Because we hand pick our homes to manage and rent, we know that each home meets our high standards
for accommodation and location to make sure you have the perfect vacation! Each home has
been individually decorated and furnished and our inspection teams check each home after
each departure to make sure that any maintenance issues are found and resolved throughout
the year. No more bland or tired hotel rooms – just wonderful, fresh and clean spacious vacation
rooms for the family every time!
FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL STAFF
We pride ourselves on our team work, ensuring that there is always someone to help you whenever
you need us. Many of our staff have been with us for a very long time so are very familiar
with each home, the communities and our customers too! You’ll never be passed from person
to person to answer your query, you’ll never have to wait for days for a communication from
us and you’ll always be greeted with a smile! This is what keeps guests coming back to us
year after year!

Co-Owners - Paul & Richard Wallace
Paul has held several international senior executive Board of Director positions successfully spanning more than 30 years leadership experience in the maritime industry. Partnered with Richard, an energetic UK-qualified Architect who, working from an exclusive London practice, has developed and directly project managed an extensive portfolio of exclusive private residential properties. Together, their complementary professional management skills drive Fairways as leaders within the vacation property management sector.
The Team
The Fairways team offers a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in the vacation rental industry. From reservations, to inspections, to maintenance, we all endeavor to meet the needs of both guests and home owners, then go that extra mile to deliver the best guest experience. At Fairways, we balance organised corporate procedures with strong family values. We work hard to deliver positive return on investment for our home owners and ensure value for money for our returning guests. It’s what we do best!
