There are two master bedroom boasting kingsize bed and ensuite bathrooms. There are two sophisticated queen bedrooms each with access to their own bathrooms. There are a further two bedrooms that the kids will love. One featuring Jurassic Prak with two bunk beds, the other featuring Tinkerbell with twin beds. Each bedroom has a TV.

There is a loft area with TV and Xbox, Arcade machine and foosball table. The garage has also been converted into a games room with full size ping pong table!

Outdoors the private pool deck has a table and chairs under a covered shady area. Splash around in the crystal clear pool, soak up the sunshine on the loungers, or relax in bubbling spa as the sun goes down. Pool/spa heating available at an additional cost.

Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe. The resort charges a one-time resort fee of $45, (total for each reservation not per person), for the entire stay to use the resort facilities and is payable at the clubhouse.
