A freshly renovated villa with contemporary design and Disney themed bedrooms. The private pool deck with hot tub faces south overlooking peaceful conservation land and pond. The home is well located in Kissimmee in the quiet community of Indian Point.

The spacious open plan living area features a large comfortable sofa and smart TV to relax. High speed Wi-Fi and cable TV are included. The updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a bright dining area that leads to outdoors.

The pool deck faces south and is very private, backing onto conservation land and pond. Enjoy splashing around in the pool, soaking up the sunshine on the sofa set and loungers, or relax in the bubbling hot tub as the sun goes down. Heating is available at an additional cost.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

The master bedroom is a generous size and boasts a king bed with Alladin theming and modern ensuite bathroom. There are two queen bedrooms featuring Moana and Inside Out. The delightful twin bedroom is themed with Finding Nemo. There is a fifth bedroom with two full beds in an extra large room. Each bedroom has its own TV.

The has been renovated throughout with all new furniture, bedding, flooring, painting, kitchen and bathrooms.

The home is located in Indian Point which is a peaceful community just minutes from all of the popular places to visit. Disney is 20 mins drive, and there is quick access to US192, where you will easily find a vast range of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. This home is an exceptional base for your next vacation.

We had a great week at this house! It’s in a quiet, nice neighborhood and close to Disney, great restaurants, Walmart, and Target—everything we needed was nearby. After long days at Disney, it was perfect to come back and relax in the pool. We’re planning another Disney trip next year and will definitely try to stay here again with Richard. This was an awesome first Airbnb experience

The house was extremely clean and very spacious! I had 10 people stay at this home and not once did we feel cramped. The house is beautiful inside and the back patio with pool was great!
The driveway isn’t nearly as big as the photos make it seem but that didn’t matter too much. We fit 2 cars in the driveway and there was a little area down the road where everyone else parked.
We used this bnb as a place to stay to get to and from the Disney and universal parks. Much much cheaper than staying on property and way nicer. Only about 20 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from universal.
Overall, highly enjoyed this bnb and will keep it on my favorites list for future trips!
