A contemporary end resort home with private pool and view over the lake, within the gated Terra Verde community just minutes from the attractions. This vibrant home has just been painted and updated with new furniture and bedding. Enjoy staying in your own personal home with the benefits of premium resort facilities!

The bright living area features comfortable leather sofas and large screen TV with cable services. High speed Wi-Fi is also included.

The kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast bar, as well as dining table and chairs with view to the pool area.

The spacious pool deck boasts a private pool with view over the lake. There is a patio table and chairs plus loungers to spend a full day enjoying the Florida sunshine.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

The master bedroom is located upstairs offering a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. There are two other nicely decorated bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom – one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds – perfect for the children. There is a further bedroom downstairs with a queen bedroom and its own bathroom.

Terra Verde Resort is a spectacular gated community boasting a lavish clubhouse, fitness center, specialist movie room, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts and a beautiful resort pool and spa which overlooks the community’s 3-acre lake! Why not sit with a cocktail and watch the sun go down at the resort’s own Tiki Bar? The Kissimmee resort is just 12 minutes from the Walt Disney World Gates, 15-20 to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove. On check-in at the resort clubhouse, a one-time $25 pass can purchased for parking over the length of your stay.

Beautiful family vacation spot within an excellent gated community. You can enjoy all the amenities of home with the bonus of a resort like feel. The accommodation was super clean, spacious, safe and close to all of Florida's hot spots. The enclosed private pool included a beautiful view so you can really enjoy the outdoors. An easy drive from the Orlando airport and short distance to Disney. This was our first time renting in Florida and we will continue to come back for more. There are plenty of options for kids to be entertained including well maintained walkways for a leisurely stroll. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed! A++

Perfect for family looking for comfort, relaxation, and fun. All the amenities of home, but in warm sunny Florida. Highlights include screened in private pool, peace and quiet (no loud neighbours, no traffic noises), short drive to grocery, touristy stuff, Disney, restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen, oven dishwasher, microwave. Laundry in-home. Access to bigger community outdoor pool, with clubhouse offering activities, sports, arcade, sauna. Great place to stay. Will be looking to return.

We recently got home from our vacation to Florida and cannot say enough great things about our stay at Terra Verde. It is a beautiful home and we were beyond thrilled with everything it had to offer. Everything was extremely clean and well cared for. It had everything we needed and the owners have really thought of everything. The screened area and pool were ideal for relaxing on hot days and were a huge bonus for this property. The view of the pond was amazing as was the club house with all its amenities. The location was wonderful as we were within 10 minutes of Disney Parks, shopping, mini putt, etc. We loved our vacation and are already planning to return next year!!

Great spot for family or group (golfers). 4 bedroom unit...tonnes of room, wifi, cable...has its own 5' deep pool in screened in back yard, that is perfect for kids. Gated community very quiet. Amazing backdrop of pond, and you dont feel like you have any neighbours on top of you. Location is central to disney, and other attractions. Nearby walmart, target, restaurants, minigolf etc... Would def. reccomend, and will def. be returning!

My family & I just returned from a lovely Florida vacation. We were so fortunate to stumble across this amazing home. From the moment we entered the gated community, to opening the front door - everything was spectacular. The home was immaculate and equipped with everything you need! We loved having a choice of 4 bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Lots of bedding & towels, so no need to buy your own. The kitchen is fully equipped if you feel like cooking with the stainless appliances. Private pool was definitely the icing on the cake. With the lanai, we could enjoy sitting outside in the evening with no bugs at all. We did a ton of shopping which is a close drive away. Ate at magnificent restaurants & enjoyed a day trips to Cocoa Beach & Daytona Beach. The amenities we a bonus, my son definitely took advantage of the private gym & basketball court. This was our first time using a rental in Florida and cannot wait to go back!! Will definitely be re-booking in the Spring.
