A spacious 4 bedroom home located in the well-positioned community of Tuscan Ridge. With a secluded feel surrounded by citrus and pine forest, yet only 25 minutes from Disney World, Dolcetto Den is a suberb base for your visit to Orlando. Standing independently, this professionally sanitized home is truly a safe and clean haven to get away from crowds and spend time with family.
The cozy living area has comfortable new sofas and looks out to the pool deck. Cable television, high speed wifi and national calls are included.
The generously-sized kitchen has all of the cooking equipment and utensils required for catering for your family. There is a bright breakfast nook for enjoying meals, or formal dining area to seat six. Or why not dine outdoors under the covered shady area?
The screened pool deck is a peaceful oasis offering privacy and expansive views over conservation woodland. The freeform pool is a great size and there are plenty of loungers to spend the whole day enjoying the Florida sunshine. Then dip into the bubbling spa and watch the sun set. Pool/spa heat available - please enquire.
The large master bedroom boasts a luxurious ensuite with double sinks, garden bathtub, walk-in shower plus separate toilet. There is plenty of closet space as well as access to the pool deck. Off the main living space, there is a delightful second bedroom, with adjacent bathroom, and two colorful twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Towels and linens are provided, together with laundry facilities for your convenience.
Furthermore, a games room with pool table, fooseball and darts provides for hours of entertainment.
The Tuscan Ridge community is located off Hwy 27 close to a large Publix supermarket. Disney World is less than 25 minutes drive. It is a quiet neighbourhood away from the road and also offers a tennis court for guest use.

The house was exactly as described. My husband and I loved having our own private place to stay for our vacation however the drive to get anywhere was always long. Fairways was very responsive when we had any questions and we were able to extend our stay another day without issue.

Love the house.. Home away from home. There were a few maintenance issues but we worked around it seeing we weren't there too long. We will book this house again when we come to Orlando again.

Staying at the Dolcetto was an easy process. Check in was very easy, but when we arrived there were a few issues inside the Home. However we called Fairways and everything got fixed very quickly. Everything was laid out in a binder making it easy to follow. Our stay was great!

Loved this house! It had every thing we needed for a comfortable, long weekend. There were plenty of dishes for cooking and dining, which was super helpful. The pool & hot tub was also really nice to have right outside of the master bedroom. The property backs up to a wooded area, so the house felt tucked away and private. I also loved the master bathroom and huge bath tub! Thanks again. :)
