This spacious 2 story villa vacation rental home in Florida is located in popular Windwood Bay.

This welcoming villa has two separate living areas and is pleasantly furnished. To the rear of the villa are the kitchen, dining area and family room, which lead out to the screened pool with waterfall feature. BBQ rental and pool heat availble - please enquire.

Upstairs, double doors open into the master bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom.
The second master bedroom also has its own bathroom. In addition to this there are two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom.
All bedrooms have their own televisions.

Windwood Bay is a short drive from a large Publix supermarkets at Reunion and Champions Gate which also have a wide choice of restaurants and takeouts. Just four miles away is the new Posner Park shopping area with JC Penny, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more.

Windwood Bay is a quiet and peaceful community just minutes from Interstate 4. There is a large Publix supermarket nearby at Champions Gate along with a wide choice of restaurants and takeouts. Just two miles away is the Posner Park shopping area. Windwood Bay is well-located for Disney (19 mins), Universal (25 mins), Sea World (21 mins). A great place to explore all Central Florida has to offer.

My family and I came over to Florida for a theme park holiday, a place we have visited a number of times over the years. This property really did make the holiday, spacious and comfortable it was a real home from home. The property was really well looked after and in a nice quiet family neighbourhood, situated about 25 mins from DisneyWorld and maybe 40 mins from Universal. The property is about 5 mins from the highway and really well situated for local supermarkets and shops, the local restaurants were also close and a really nice quality, not mention half the price of eating near the parks. The owner was super helpful and responded back to all my enquiries really fast! I would happily book this property again and recommend it to any family wanting to go on holiday in the Orlando area.

Really enjoyed our 2 weeks in this villa in Davenport Very clean, very spacious, great pool and whirlpool, well equipped kitchen Location is nice and quiet, about 2 miles from Championsgate which has a Publix supermarket and various reataurants which all deliver if you want to eat in Less than a mile away from a great steakhouse, Fords Garages for good food and an Olive Garden Italian Pool was cleaned once a week - all very good I needed to add the pool heating and it was done the same day - very effiecient management We will definetely book again and would have no hestitation in recommending (and we are hard to please!!!)

We are retired and stayed 1 1/2 months. We hated to leave. The house was wonderful to be able to fix a meal after a busy day and end it with going for a swim. My daughter and son in law was down with their 3 kids ages 8 thru 14 for a week and didn't want to leave. Pool was devine. Thank You.

This stay was amazing. My family enjoyed themselves in the heated pool. This is definitely recommended if going to Disney as well because your not to far from it. I also loved that the stores are a 10 min drive or less which came in handy.
