A spacious resort townhome located in the gated community of Regal Palms with fantastic on-site facilities.

Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, living and dining. The bright living area has comfortable sofas and flat screen TV with cable services. The space open out to an exterior space with lawn behind and no rear neighbors. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need for catering for your family.

There is one bedroom located downstairs, and two upstairs – each have their own closet space and ensuite bathroom. There is a king room, queen room and further bedroom with two twin beds. All are equipped with ceiling fans.

The Regal Palms Resort is a spectacular gated community boasting a family-friendly water park with its own lazy river and water slides, a sand volleyball court, games arcade, plus a high class fitness center. Need to relax? The spa is just the place to unwind after a day at the parks! Or why not sit with a cool drink and watch the sun go down at the Tiki Bar? If you're feeling hungry, there is also an on-site restaurant, or you can BBQ at one of the areas located throughout the community. A $20 + tax daily fee is payable to the resort on check-in. If requested we can pay this non-refundable fee on your behalf for ease of check-in. Why not treat yourself on your Florida vacation!
