A luxury 5 bedroom villa with private pool, hot tub and games room located within the gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes. The home has been upgraded throughout with natural travertine stone and hardwood flooring, premium furniture plus high quality mattresses and bedding.

The comfortable living room has large leather sofas perfect for relaxing and maybe watching a movie on the large screen TV. The space extends out to the pool deck through sliding glass doors. There is a covered shaded area with outdoor table and chairs, plus BBQ available for guest use. The large freeform pool spans across the rear of the home and includes hot tub with bubbles. Pool/spa heat and BBQ propane/cleaning available on advance request.

The kitchen has plenty of counter space and cupboards full of everything you may need to cater for your family, plus new stainless steel appliances. There is a bright breakfast area overlooking the pool deck. There is a separate dining area for enjoying family meals at the solid wood dining table.

The large master suite is located downstairs with kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobe plus ensuite bathroom with double sinks, garden tub, shower and separate toilet. The master has a desk and comfortable office chair if you need to work from home, as well as crib and access to the pool deck. There is a further half bath located downstairs.

There is a second master upstairs with kingsize bed and ensuite. There are two Disney themed twin rooms that the children will love – these rooms share a jack and jill bathroom. The boys room has pull out trundle beds if you need to sleep a few extra little ones. There is a further queensize room upstairs that offers a touch of elegance.

Don’t forget about the games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey that will provide hours of entertainment. High speed wifi and national calls are included. Laundry facilities are also provided in the home for guest use.

The gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is located just off Hwy 27. You are conveniently situated close to a large WalMart Supercenter and the Posner Park shopping area. The home is 25 minutes drive to Disney, 40 minutes to Universal and 15 minutes to Legoland. There is a wide selection of restaurants and takeaways close by, as well as the Southern Dunes golf course 2 minutes away. Calabay Parc is built alongside a large lake, and offers a fishing pier out over the water – a great spot to watch the sunset after a fun-filled day.
